The Ackerman Pioneer Land Advisory Group​ is the result of John Speros and Kyle Gable working together since 2006 with a focus on exclusively selling land. With over 50 years experience the two bring extensive knowledge of all types of land transactions. With the addition of JT Speros in 2017 the trio formed the Ackerman Pioneer Land Advisory Group to better serve the land clients. As the Regional Partner for Hines Interests in Atlanta, and later as head of Seven Oaks Company, I have worked with John Speros and his team for more than 20 years. Our first transaction was a joint venture with a major institutional pension fund that led to the development of more than 1.4 million square feet of office space at Perimeter Summit in the Central Perimeter area of Atlanta. John later assembled the land for Overton Park and sold numerous high-profile land assets for me totaling $45 million.
