After graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in finance, JT Speros started his career in real estate over 6 years ago. Since the beginning of his career, JT has specialized in land brokerage primarily for residential developments. He has additional experience in land sales for multifamily sites. With his partners Kyle Gable and John Speros, they formed the Ackerman Pioneer Land Advisory Group and have been very successful over the years. In 2021 and 2022 alone, the Ackerman Pioneer Team closed nearly $200 million in land sales across Georgia and the southeast. His ultimate passion is helping land owners achieve their real estate goals and maximize the value of their assets.
